This series of bioreactors/fermenters can be selected from 300 ml-20 L glass tanks, combined with the structure and number of stirring OARS designed for cell culture and microbial fermentation, coupled with the optimized ventilation and temperature control strategies, to ensure the culture needs of different types of cell lines or microbial strains and achieve specific process purposes at different stages.
WhaleStirTM benchtop bioreactor/fermenter integrated software can realize the parallel operation and control of multiple reactors/fermenters, build a high-throughput platform, and key process parameters can be collected to a computer for convenient comparison and analysis, and accelerate process screening, optimization and characterization.

· 300 mL-20 L tank can be selectable，meet different purposes and requirements from process development to process characterization;
· According to different cell culture scenarios, different structures and numbers of stirring paddle can be selected to meet the requirements of efficient mixing nutrient and oxygen mass transfer, while protecting the special requirements of shear sensitive applications;
· Optional electric blanket or jacket temperature control mode, provide overheating protection measures;
· The fully automatic feedback controller adopts advanced PID feedback control technology to comprehensively monitor the cell culture process, making the culture process more stable and reliable;
· The high precision mass flow meter is used to realize the precise ventilation and mixing of Air, CO2, O2 and N2. With the high precision pH and DO monitoring probe and PLC control program, the key process parameters such as pH and DO can be monitored and controlled automatically in all directions;
· Provide RS232 and industrial Ethernet communication ports, and reserve 2/0-10V or 4-20mA external signal ports, can be customized based on customer requirements;
· The control system has the functions of data acquisition, real-time curve recording, historical record tracing, result comparison and report printing, which meet the regulatory requirements.
